Last evening I led a yoga, tarot, and astrology circle in person at my little yoga studio in Montana for a gathering of women. It was positively magical, and I want to share a little of that magic here today.
We focused on the value and practice of intuition, especially now in our age AI anxiety.
Years ago, I found that connecting with the body through breath and movement in yoga was the first step toward healing my own anxieties and lack of trust in myself. I came from a sports and fitness background, but yoga cultivated a profound awareness of my body in space, and a sense of balance and inner strength that no other exercise regimen could come close to. As I deepened my practice, breathwork began to give me an unparalleled way to control my nervous system and begin to respond rather than react to life.
